At Hospitality Excellence, our vision is to provide food service providers in Northern Ireland with an affordable and reliable information and support resource that enables them to meet and exceed their food safety and hygiene goals and requirements.

Through changing industry standards and conditions, Hospitality Excellence will help its member organisations to be confident, prepared and up to standard for industry inspections through an ongoing support programme combined of consultations, staff training, audits and reviews.

What We Do

Hospitality Excellence provides expertise, consulting, training and auditing of a wide range of businesses. We work with all types of organisations within the hospitality sector on what it will take to better serve their customer, guests, clients and employees by meeting and exceeding food hygiene standards.

We understand what skills, documents and procedures are essential to delivering exceptional hygiene standards and are able to develop strategies for owners, managers and their team to implement serve initiatives, standards and training that will lead to a greater customer reputation and a high score on the door from Environmental Health Officers.

We especially focus on making the emotional connection through all of our memberships to exceed both customer and employee expectations.

Rhonda Montgomery

Founder & CEO

Rhonda founded Montgomery Food Consulting in 2010 when she identified a niche market for providing small and medium sized food manufacturers with technical interim services. Rhonda is a very focused individual, who goes out of her way to support and mentor her clients. She believes that business sustainability is key to her business and working closely with her stakeholders is of imperative importance to succeed in meeting her goals “meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”

Niamh Maguire

Technical Project / Label Compliance Manager

Niamh joined the company in 2013 as a placement student. On completion of her year placement, Niamh was offered a full time position in the company on completion of her Bsc Hons degree in Food Design and Nutrition. Niamh is responsible for servicing members to ensure they are compliant, collecting & standardising recipes and producing food labelling and nutritional information for our clients. Niamh has grown with the company over the past two years and has become a loyal, proactive and dedicated employee that looks after stakeholders.

Lyndsay Bell

Sales and Marketing Executive

Lyndsay has joined Montgomery food consulting as a Marketing and Sales executive. After graduating from Northumbria University with a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Communication and Public Relations and will be working alongside Rhonda to help develop the businesses digital marketing strategy, implementing marketing campaigns and will be responsible for updating website content and social media channels. We’re so pleased to welcome her to the rapidly growing team and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
